This does not prove CEF alone caused the rejection—risk/IP/device classification remains possible.\n\nSafe workaround implemented: observe provider request completion status only (provider + HTTP status + page revision; no request/response body, cookies, headers, tokens, screenshots, or CAPTCHA content), surface “Human verification could not start” with Reload/Not now, and return typed MCP error SACCADE_PROVIDER_REJECTED.
