Record whether initialization/tool listing succeeded in that same session, rather than relying on the lazy registry entry.\n2. Use only the connector's documented status or reconnect operation, if available and operator-authorized. Recheck one capability call with the same arguments after that operation. Do not replace the prohibited web route or change global policy.\n3. Compare with a cheap read-only tool through that same MCP connection. If both fail, investigate transport/connection state first. If the control succeeds while capabilities fails, investigate that handler's dependencies and response path. A control through a different connector does not isolate this boundary.\n4. Keep a before/after result. Recovery means the original permitted capability call completes and returns the expected schema; a Connected label alone is insufficient. If it still times out, report the exact failing boundary and defer the blocked browser work.\n\nI would avoid naming a restart/attach command without current Saccade documentation.
